A shocking attack unfolded at a McDonald’s restaurant in Kitakyushu, Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan, leaving two junior high school students—a 15-year-old girl and a boy of similar age—injured. The suspect, described as a man in his 40s, 170 cm tall, wearing a gray jacket, black pants, and yellow sandals, fled the scene in the direction of a nearby dark area that may have make it hard to track.
The attack occurred in an area known for its low lighting, raising concerns about the safety of the vicinity. The community was on edge as the suspect remained on the run for several days. Students in the Fukuoka Prefecture were particularly affected, with parents expressing heightened anxiety over their children’s safety.
After few days an intensive search, police have arrested a man fitting the suspect's description ( not confirm yet as being the perpetrator) The suspect is believed to live near the restaurant, adding to the unease of local residents who now grapple with the reality that danger could strike so close to home.
Authorities are conducting a thorough investigation into the motive and circumstances surrounding the attack.

FUKUOKA POLICE PRESS CONFERENCE
Police received a call at 8:25 on December 14. A man has been arrested. 43 year old is likely to the man stabbing Junior High School Girl McDonalds restaurant at Kitakyushu Fukuoka Japan.
The police also name the suspect as Masanori Hirabaru 43, who live in Kokura-Minami Ward, near the site where Nakajima 15, was stabbed to death.
