Tokyo Japan - On October 7, 2024, at Tokyo’s Jingu Baseball Stadium, the (二松學舍大学附属高等学校) Nishogakusha High School's baseball team etched their names into the annals of history with an unforgettable victory over Waseda High School. The game, held at Tokyo's oldest stadium, built in 1926, showcased fierce competition and unrelenting drive from both teams. Known now as the home field of the Tokyo Yakult Swallows in the NPB Central League, Jingu Stadium witnessed a match for the ages as Nishogakusha claimed the Autumn High School Baseball Tokyo Tournament Finals title Nishogakusha University 6-5 Hayami


The matchup proved intense, with the teams tied 5-5 after nine innings, forcing extra innings. Under tournament rules, players were placed on first and second base to initiate the tiebreaker. Nishogakusha capitalized in the third overtime inning with a perfectly executed short hit, securing the win.
